Oriscience Supersensitive ECL Kit is an extremely sensitive ECL chemiluminescent kit based on horseradish peroxidase (horseradish peroxidase, HRP). This kit optimizes the composition of the chemiluminescent solution and uses a new enhancer and oxidant that is different from the common luminol-H2O2 system. It has the characteristics of extremely high sensitivity, rapid luminescence, strong brightness, and good stability. It can use a higher antibody dilution multiple (1:5000~1:10000), thus saving antibodies to a great extent. The reagent does not contain toxic ingredients, and the experiment is safer.
