OriFect Transfection Reagent is a highly efficient cationic polymer transfection reagent. The positively charged groups in the polymer branches can interact with negatively charged nucleic acids to form stable OriFect-nucleic acid complexes, which bind to the cell surface and enter the cell through nonspecific endocytosis. OriFect transfection reagent has the following advantages over liposome transfection reagents:
