Obtaining high-quality single-cell suspensions efficiently in a short time is a prerequisite for many subsequent cell-related experiments. This kit utilizes a specially optimized dissociation enzyme formulation to rapidly dissociate small amounts of spleen tissue to obtain high-quality spleen tissue single-cell suspensions. The obtained single-cell suspensions can be used for subsequent single-cell sequencing, cell culture, flow cytometry, and other cell-related experiments.
